&lt;UL&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;Box 2c. Section 1202 Gain&lt;/LI&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;Enter any amount included in box 2a that is a section 1202 gain from certain qualified small business stock.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/LI&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;If there is no entry, or a zero, you do not have an exclusion.&lt;/LI&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;In general...for most (all?) forms in the TTX software...boxes with a zero in them on paper..those should normally be left entirely blank on the software form.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Wow, thanks for the tip.&amp;nbsp; Who would have ever known that zero doesn't mean nothing?&amp;nbsp; I did as you suggest and downloaded the 1099-DIV again and this time, no error.&amp;nbsp; It's rather non-intuitive to me that one needs to do that to make the software work correctly.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
