      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14px;"&gt;It depends. &amp;nbsp;The key is the dates a child lived with each of you. &amp;nbsp;You are allowed to file as head of household if your child lived with your for more than half the year and you provided more than half the cost of the home.
