    <description>&lt;P&gt;Something to try.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;1) Reboot your computer.&amp;nbsp; Check for a windows update...and reboot even if none is found..Someimes a partially-installed Windows update will block the proper startup of TTX.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;2)&amp;nbsp; RT-Click on the TTX icon, and select "Run as Administrator"&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;See if that works.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>Windows software version shuts down when I hit begin</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;This is the second year in a row that this issue happens.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I don't recall how it got fixed last year but seems repititive and no threads active on it as far as I saw.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Simply once I hit the begin button in the home screen it take few seconds loading and then vanishes or restarts.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have no clue what the issue is.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Software is up to date&lt;/P&gt;</description>
