    <description>&lt;P&gt;Are you using the TurboTax 2023 desktop editions for Windows?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If so, try this procedure -&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Save your tax return and close the TurboTax program.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Right click on the TurboTax icon&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Click on Properties&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Click on the Compatibility tab&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Check the box Run this program as an administrator&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Click on Apply and OK&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Start the TurboTax program again and see if the problem persists.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have 2023 TurboTax Premier CD loaded on my desktop. Most of the fields for entering deductions and credits are blank. Have I somehow installed this incorrectly?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
