I went to tools deleted form 5329-T but when i try to file it keeps saying i cannot file due to for 5329 not being ready?

If you have not entered a Form 1099-R on your 2023 tax return -

Delete the Form 1099-R listed and then delete the Form 5329

just tried it and still getting the same issue form 5329 is still showing, i was able to delete form 1099-R

The Form 5329 should be available on 01/24 or 01/25. Wait for that date and then see if you can e-file.

The IRS will not be processing any 2023 tax returns until 01/29/2024.

yeah i was trying to get a advance refund and from what i have seen returns were being accepted as of last week, is there a certain time when it should show the form today is the 24th? or should i just try a different tax service
