      <description>&lt;P&gt;Even though I’m not paying for anything you have to go through the payment page apparently. So I got my taxes done for free and when I try to confirm payment, to move onto the next page, it won’t let me move forward. There’s no area to put my credit card in I was assuming because it’s zero dollars there would be no credit card fee. &amp;nbsp;All addresses are the same&lt;/P&gt;</description>
