Will I still be able to file my State Tax form when TurboTax updates, if my Federal tax is already filed and accepted?

Turbo won't let me file my State until they update. But they allowed my federal to be filed. Will I still be able to file State like usual?

Once your state forms become available and you complete the state tax return, the state return can be e-filed after the e-filed federal tax return is Accepted by the IRS.

The IRS will start processing 2023 federal tax returns on January 29, 2024.
