Turbotax not downloading State in Business version (S-Corp) after payment.

For the first time ever, Intuit happily took my $50 (no surprise there), but failed to download the actual state forms paid for.

I understand that the State forms may not yet be available, but although Intuit implemented the way to take the $50 before the state forms are apparently ready, they didn't take a few minutes to present a dialog to that effect in the program (to avoid confusion for the user when installing the state forms fails, over and over!).

So, what happens is that you are stuck in a download loop in the program where TurboTax says it will download your forms (at no cost, since you've paid for the state return), but, of course, nothing happens and you're back to square zero.

Bug? Forms Not yet available? Who knows?

This is really horrible programming Intuit! ... not letting the end user know what is going on.

Shame on you.

I have Turbotax Business Desktop CD and need Ga. I paid $50 and it says my license is in my Order but there is no license in the Order! I signed in and there is a license there, with 3 downloads, but the license that is showing is the one from my Desktop CD! No separate license for Ga. TT does show that I have the GA Fiduciary downloaded (working on a Trust) but when I click it, it just says I am up to date and goes right back into a loop. This is a lot of aggravation for the cost of this federal and state software! I'm stuck! What's going on?

Looks like the GA Fiduciary will be available after the update tonight.

I'm having the same issue with NE. I agree this is very frustrating. The software should take the user to the page that lets us know when it will be available.

Looks like NE S-Corp forms will be available 3/1/24. See Business State Forms Availability.

It installed but now it won't let me print the Ga tax return! I have cleared my cache/cookies, turned off the computer, waited overnight. Still can't print the Ga forms! Looks like TT would give some explanation!

This issue is still occurring. I am getting an error message when attempting to purchase NY State S Corp via TurboTax Business 2024.

If you're using Windows 11, here's some info on How to Switch Out of 'S' Mode for Windows 11, though if you were able to download TurboTax, that might not apply to you.

Since we can't see your return, or know your computer configuration, it's very difficult to help a particular user; we can only pass on what's worked for others.

Your best bet is to Contact TurboTax Support, where a tech can actually get into your computer.
