      <description>&lt;P&gt;If that was your only income it's below the threshold for filing. if you need to file YES. Your return would likely be rejected for that missing w-2. even if it somehow got accepted at some later date, you may get a notice from the iRS about that missing W-2.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Yes, you are required to include ALL of your income when filing your tax return. &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;Wait until you have both W-2s before you file. &amp;nbsp; If you do not include all of your W-2s, your tax return processing could be delayed, or you may have to file an amendment, and you do not want either of those.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
