Downloaded 2023 but cannot open it

I have downloaded 2023 but when I try to open it, it takes me to the screen to slide the check mark to the app and doesn't do anything. I cannot open it.

What kind of device are you trying to use the TurboTax download on? It will not run on a phone, tablet, or other mobile device, or on a Chromebook. You have to use a full Windows PC or Mac computer. Which are you using - Windows or Mac?

The downloads for Windows and Mac are different. Did you purchase the correct download for the type of computer that you have?
