Full Service: How do I switch from Full Service Experts to an Intuit TurboTax Verified Pro?

I tried to select the Full Service option for my 2023 tax return, and saw the option to choose between virtual (Full Service Experts) or in person appointments (Intuit TurboTax Verified Pro). I accidentally chose Full Service Expert/virtual, but now I can't switch back to the in person appointment option with an Intuit TurboTax Verified Pro. How can I switch back over?

I'm not sure what those 2 services are. Maybe this will help. You can remove LIVE, start over and maybe pick the other one.

How to remove Turbo Tax Live. There are 2 different ways to remove Live depending on how you added it

I'd advise, selecting the 'Leave Full Service's option in the left hand menu.

Sign out, sign back in.

That will reset your account so you can select 'Do my Taxes for Me' and then make the Verified Pro Selection.

All your documents will remain, saved to your account.
