turbotax 2023 crashes when opening on Mac. using Mac silicon if it matters. restarted and updated Mac and doesn't help the situation. wish I could download the PC version instead but I don't see the option.

TT has instructions for how to get both the Win & Mac downloads this year. Should be better now. See How to switch between Mac and PC/Windows with a CD or Download.
