Backdoor Roth IRA and 8606

I've made backdoor Roth contributions for my wife and myself for the past few years. Looking over prior returns, it doesn't look like I ever filed 8606 forms. What can I do about this now? There were never any funds remaining in the traditional IRA accounts after the Roth conversions.

Did you ever report the trad IRA contributions in the program? Did you ever get and report the 1099-R forms ? A form 8606 would have been generated in each and every tax year either of these things happened.

No, I misunderstood the requirement and did not complete that section of TurboTax. Glad to see from the other link it shouldn't be too bad to resolve. Thank you.
