I bought Home and Business thinking I could prepare a Form 1041 for my mother's estate. How do I access the Form 1041 forms?

Sorry----you need TurboTax Business to prepare an estate return. That is a different software version -- it can only be used on a Windows computer.

The Home and Business you purchased can be used for an individual income tax return but not to prepare an estate return.

The link posted above is for the LIVE Assisted or LIVE Full Service Business which is separate from the Desktop installed Business program. It is not for 1041 Trust/Estate returns.

You need the stand alone do it yourself Business CD/Download program for Windows here (it is not available to do online or for Mac). There are 2 ways to buy it. If you want a CD you need to pick the Advantage Plan in the left box.
