Ceridian Dayforce W2 2023 OCR'ed incorrectly

I have a PDF file of my 2023 W2 form from Ceridian Dayforce which my company uses to issue W2s. In TurboTax Premiere 2023 for Mac, when I import the PDF, Turbotax does Optical Character Recognition (OCR). However, it put the information from Box 2 (withholding) of the form into Box 1 of Turbotax. It completely eliminated my Box 1 amount (wages) from being imported into the form. It also did this on the State portion at the bottom of the W2 form.

Thus, the OCR process is not working correctly.

You can spend an hour or so fighting with the technology, or just key in your W-2 by hand--it takes a couple of minutes. I know which way I would choose to enter it.....

Delete the incorrectly imported W-2 and enter your W-2 manually. It will be a lot faster and easier than trying to get the import to work.
