      <title>Error 190</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I purchased the TurboTax Deluxe for 2023 with Free State download.&amp;nbsp; I am receiving Error 190 when trying to work with the program and do a state return.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I follow the directions and select my State - California.&amp;nbsp; The program says my state is downloaded/up to date.&amp;nbsp; However, I am unable to move forward with starting a return.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I followed directions about starting a new return, but still have the same issue.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Debra&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;The response that you posted was found and tried.&amp;nbsp; It set up a file with only a state return.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I then tried to open a file I had previously started and it did the same thing.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
