2023 Turbotax Costco download complaints

Costco has a great price for Turbotax, but I saw more than several complaints that the download link does not work. One customer said that, since the download link didn't work, he logged into the Intuit site and used the code that he got from Costco and it worked fine. Any other experiences to share?

Has anyone tried contacting TurboTax Support and requesting that they put a download in their account?

FWIW, I decided to take a chance with the Costco download> There was absolutely NO problem. Got the software activation email 18 minutes after I placed my order. Followed the instructions and it all went without a single problem. Others have complained about having to enter information multiple times, but I did not encounter that. Turbotax worked just like it has for all the years that I have been using it via a CD.
