Installation of my CD for 2023 turbotax stops repeatedly because it puts up a long blurb of a file not found in cabinet file 'data1.cab'

I'm at a loss. I've uninstalled and repeated with the same error.

What should I do?

The file '_lmx.2w_pip_ad_idu_fpw_petsysae_lacol_tib46_rgnerepw' cannot be installed because the file cannot be found in cabinet file 'Data1.cab'. This could indicate a network error, an error reading from the CD-ROM, or a problem with this package.

There is an option to download the program instead of using the CD ... give that a try ... read the package for instructions.

It seemed when I tried that, that it took me to a page to buy it

when I already had. Then I noticed the shortcut on my desktop and tried to see if I would be able to use it... and, so far, I have been able. Who knows. Thank you for your response!
