You will have to get the W-2 from your employer. They have until January 31, 2024 to provide you with the 2023 W-2.

The IRS has a copy of the W-2 sent by your employer, they expect to see on your tax return the W-2 tax data that is on the employer copy that was received.

Wait for the W-2 so your return is correct ... there is no rush since the IRS will not start processing returns until the end of January or mid february if you have EIC or CTC on the return.
