I have a License Code for Windows, but it will only allow me to select MAC?

Where did you purchase the product from (Intuit or elsewhere)?

If you bought a desktop version directly from Intuit, contact Support.

Are you trying to download the Mac version? This FAQ has a way to get both the Windows and Mac downloads. Maybe it will help you switch.

Thanks you two! I wasn't able to call in at the time and my location. My frustrations came from the lack of a Live Chat for my subscription. Hope this helps someone in the future, but I did call in to a very knowledgeable Representative and it turns out that (somehow, still in question how?) I had two accounts and was logging into the wrong one. Terri straightened my out directly and has me back saddle. Hope this helps.
