How to file 1099s created for subcontractors with the IRS?

Well,

Once you create 1099s for your subcontractors in TurboTax online how do you actually submit them to the IRS? They show "READY For E-File" .... but the "E-File Forms" is greyed out.

Also, FWIW, once you navigate to this part of the site there is no way to navigate back to the TurboTax main page.

Also, the "Select a Product" options on this for do not include Turbotax Premium....which is what I am using.

I just saw a post t hat said efiling is Jan 8 for 1099 forms. So check back after then.
