Form 5695 manual entry

I had my furnace removed and electric heat pumps installed. I need to enter this amount on line 29a of form 5695 but when I go to the form, it does not let me enter anything on that line. The Easy Step process offers no line item for electric heat pumps and so it can't be done that way, I need manual entry on the form, how can I do this?

The IRS Form 5695 Residential Energy Credits for tax year 2023 has not yet been finalized in TurboTax

The Form 5695 is scheduled to be available on 01/10/2024

Don't use manual entry. Wait for the form to be updated for 2023.
