Error Code 42001: the remote name could not be resolved: 'downloadpatch.esd.intuit.com'

I have the desktop versions of TurboTax 2023 Premier and TurboTax Business. For both the TurboTax products, when connected via Ethernet, I receive the error message "Error Code 42001: the remote name could not be resolved: 'downloadpatch.esd.intuit.com'". However, when I connect to the same router using WiFi, I do not receive the error. Also, I have no internet connection issues with any other software using my ethernet connection and I did try the cmd "nslookup downloadpatch.esd.intuit.com" and it found the file without error. While I can use my WiFi connection to update TurboTax, I normally use ethernet and would like not to have to switch my connection just to update TurboTax.

Thank you for your reply to my query re: Error 42001. I had reviewed the "solution" offered already but considered it unhelpful as it did not resolve the problem, only provided a work around, which I was aware of. I also did call TurboTax support before posting this and was basically told that they could not help as this was not a "TurboTax software" issue.

I also was told this was not a turbo tax problem by a tech , but it seems that too many people are having this issue so it leads me to believe it is a Turbo Tax issue.
