Full error message from my Internet security software is:

"Suspicious page blocked for your protection
https://installturbotax.com/
Your connection to this web page is not safe due to an unmatching security certificate.

This means that the certificate was issued for a different web address than the one it is being used for, and you run the risk of exposing your data by accessing this page."

I bought the Intuit 2023 TurboTax Premier download/CD package at Staples.

The interior envelope that contains the CD also provides download instructions.

The first instruction is "1. Go to InstallTurboTax.com"

In turn, my Internet security software said "I think not."

I'm guessing that the questionable "Go to InstallTurboTax.com" instruction is printed on every package that Intuit sells.

Yeah, my Norton antivirus does the same thing for that specific web address

INSTEAD: IF you go to THIS actual TTX web page, and click on the blue text in instruction #1.....it looks like it might be the same thing, but redirects you to another TTX web page to use instead (i.e. the same one DoninGA posted):

I bought the CD, but my computer doesn't have a CD drive (intuit.com)

I wonder if your instructions form Staples might go to a web address no longer used.???

...but yeah, TTX really needs to fix that web address....or properly re-direct it somehow.
