But you do not have any qualified children as dependents, so you cannot continue to file as a qualified surviving spouse (widower). Sorry. You file as Single now for 2023. It is very difficult to remove the spouse information from an account that was previously used for joint returns, so it would be better if you start a new account to use when you file as Single.
