      <description>&lt;P&gt;I bought Deluxe 2023 from Amazon. I downloaded successfully, but the installation fails with a message that another installation is still active. This is on a Windows PC that is running Windows 10, version 22H2. I have re-started the PC several times, and re-done the download, but I always get the same message.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;...also check all the programs in your list of programs already installed...&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;1)&amp;nbsp; Is it possible you already had installed any other version of a 2023 TTX program?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;or&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;2) Could also be that you were accidentally provided 2022 TTX program, and already have a 2022 installed from last year?&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;Any indication, during the failed installation, exactly what year is being attempted?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
