This didn't answer, or maybe understand, my question. I might be with the others who wrote, "I can't get in." Never having used social media, I have spent over 30 minutes trying to figure this out and feel I have wasted enough time getting nowhere. I was hoping for a video or phone chat and am signing out. Very disappointed.
