Everytime I try download I get the following. Code excution cannot proceed because VCRUNTIME140.DLL was not found.

You may want to contact support for more help with this issue.

Usually, this is an issue with people running an older version of the Microsoft operating system.

I can only tell you that VCRUNTIME140.DLL is a Microsoft C Runtime Library application. This could be an error with your computer.
You may want to update your drivers. You can do a search for VCRUNTIME140.DLL errors as well. There may be a program that you can download that will help fix this issue.
However, I'm not able to recommend any website to download the program or advise you to do something to your computer that might cause other issues.
I know that there are some issues that have been solved once a person has turned off and turned their computer back on in order to finish properly installing TurboTax onto their desktop computer.
