Does TTO allow entry of legal fees for unlawful discrimination, and 1341 claim of right credit, or is desktop required?

TTO supports UDC legal fees using the Deluxe or Premium edition. Located in Deductions & Credits>Other Deductions and Credits>Legal Fees

TTO supports Claim of Right as an itemized deduction on Schedule A. TTO does not support Claim of Right as a Credit on Schedule 3 Line 13b.

TTD would have to be used in Forms mode for the Claim of Right credit on Schedule 3 Line 13b. The amount from Schedule 3 Line 15 flows to Form 1040 Line 31.
