2023 Wisconsin tax forms

2023, until Dec 21. 2023 when I clicked on the download state and selected Wisconsin, I got a notice that the forms were not available until Dec. 21, 2023. On Dec 21, 2023, I clicked on the Download State and was given an indication that the Wisconsin forms were downloaded. Now the blue window at the top of Turbo Tax, next to the Federal window, now says Wisconsin but it also says "See Amount". When I click on see Amount, I am sent to another screen that is indicating that the Turbo Tax is downloading the Wisc forms, then it says Turbo Tax is up to date but nothing is changed and I am in an endless loop with regard to the Wisconsin forms.

Are the 2023 Wisconsin forms available or NOT?

Most state forms will not be available until January.

Does anyone know if the Wisconsin State forms are available? I just want to make sure that my TT is not corrupted. You would think that if the notification that Wisconsin is not available until Dec 21, 2023, was no-longer correct, on December 21, 2023, just the available date would change to the current available date. Rather my TT went through what appeared to be a program download/update.

It is January 4, 2024 and as indicated by " Bsch4477 ", the Wisconsin forms are available and I have D/L'd them. I am content and my TT seems to be working just fine.
