Why can't I redeem the Quicken Starter offer in Turbotax 2023?

Quicken Starter came with my 2023 Turbotax Deluxe. However, so far I've been unable to redeem it. Any suggestions?

Haven't heard of that offer yet. What does it say to do? Is there a registration key for it? Don't know if it will help but Quicken support is here,
