Will TurboTax2003 run on my ninth generation iPad if I DOWNLOAD IT ?

No. The CD/download can only be used on a full PC or Mac, not on any sort of mobile device. If all you have is an iPad, then you can use online software, but not the download.

The TurboTax desktop edition will not work on a mobile device. They can only be installed on a personal computer with either a Windows or Mac Operating System.

For your iPad you will need the TurboTax Mobile app.

Go to this TurboTax website and scroll down to the bottom of the page, then click on the App Store - https://turbotax.intuit.com/
