Will TurboTax2030 run on my 9th generation Apple iPad?

Every year I try to buy the latest version at the lowest price. The disk that I get does not run on my iPad. To circumvent this exercise I TRIED to contact TurboTax Support by phone and online several times WITHOUT success.

Will it or won’t it run on my iPad and by what method: download or disk? And, of course, at WHAT PRICE ?
