What do you mean by "early filing"? You cannot file your tax return until sometime in January when the IRS starts accepting 2023 returns. They have not even announced the date yet.

TurboTax usually lets you "e-file" in early January, before the IRS start date, but your tax return will not really be filed. TurboTax will just hold it until the IRS begins accepting returns. Nothing will be done with it before then. If you submit it early, be aware that you can't cancel it or get it back to make changes or corrections if you find that you made an error or left something out.

Or are you looking for a refund anticipation loan? TurboTax doesn't offer that. For the past few years they have offered a "refund advance," but that's only available after you file your tax return and the IRS has accepted it. And you can't request a refund advance or apply for one. You can only get it if TurboTax offers it to you after you file your tax return. They may offer refund advance again this year, but they have not made any announcement yet.
