Problem opening 2023 premier return

Downline loaded the 2023 premier return but cannot find

the return or the previous 3 years returns

Presumably you downloaded Premier desktop (installed on your computer)?

If so, then your prior year return files would be somewhere on your computer (or other media), if at all; Intuit (TurboTax) does not store your returns with the desktop programs.

Unless you changed the location for where you save files, the TurboTax tax data files and any saved PDF's are stored, by default, in the TurboTax folder within the Documents directory.

I've been using TB Tax Premiere for the last7 years. When I downloaded the

program, I was able to load my current return and the previous year returns.

For the 2023 RTN I don't have any prompts to load my returns.

Very frustrating.

Return should have been down loaded to my Laptop not a desktop. Its been

that way from the beginning.
