The desktop software is out, currently, and the online versions should be available within the next 4 weeks.

But it's hard to know if the various limits for 2023 will be a part of the initial offerings...until perhaps early-mid January software updates.

Things like higher max limits to the SS part of the SE tax may not be in these early versions.....

Some of the Retirment contribution limit changes from 2022 to 2023 may not be implemented until latter too.....etc...etc..

"final calculations?" Most employers will issue W-2's by the end of January. Many banks, financial institutions, etc. take until mid-February to issue documents such as the various kinds of 1099's, etc. You have to enter everything in order to have a "final" calculation.
