      <description>&lt;P&gt;ORDER #[removed] PLACED ONLINE [removed].&amp;nbsp; ALSO ORDERED SAME PRODUCT (TURBOTAX DESKTOP BUSINESS TAX YEAR 2023) ON 09/27/2023 VIA TURBOTAX ADVANTAGE BUT NEVER RECEIVED.&amp;nbsp; CHARGE FOR EITHER PRODUCT NEVER POSTED TO MASTERCARD ACCOUNT.&amp;nbsp; TO PRVENT A DOUBLE CHARGE THE QSTCA... ORDER SHOULD BE CANCELLED.&amp;nbsp; I HAVE NOTIFIED MASTERCARD TO DECLINE AND I WILL AWAIT ORIGINAL ORDER DATED [removed] TO PROCESS.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
