I started a business last year and someone recommended me to use PV pros where I would pay a monthly subscription and they would help me file taxes set up LLC and everything like that. But once I go to text you soon, they never responded and my taxes have yet to be filed. Would I be able to deduct all the monthly expenses from their “service”? Also, does anyone know what I can do about Pbpros since they never truly help me, is there anything TurboTax is able to do?

Thank you for joining us today, I am so happy you are here!
I am sorry to hear about your experience with PB Pros. Do you know what if anything they may have done?
When you say LLC, are you a sole proprietor or do have a partner(s), etc.?

You would be able to deduct the monthly expense that you paid to them. You could contact PB Pros customer service and explain the situation, and see if they can offer you a refund, but if they do, it will not be a deductible expense.
As far as what TurboTax can do, we do offer Full Service tax preparation services:  TurboTax Personal Full Service
We also offer Business Tax Preparation Full Services:  TurboTax Business Return Full Service

We do not offer filing for LLC though at this time, but we can definitely assist in your tax preparation.
