&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Sorry to say but personal theft losses are no longer deductible.&amp;nbsp; Currently, the only provision for casualty losses are those attributed to a federally declared disaster area. BTW, business theft is still deductible.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
