2021 Tax Return issue

I filed my 2021 tax returns with you guys but the IRS status shows as not received & the agent I spoke with said it was submitted. I’m suppose to receive a return and I can’t get anyone to help me. Who do I need to reach out to?

Please give us a call here at TurboTax. Any agent can look up your order to make sure the return was e-filed through our system. If we do find that return, we will gladly give you the IRS receipt details and you now have proof that your return was indeed filed, and received by the IRS.

Then, call the IRS and give then the receipt number to find your return!
