KY State Tax errors

I tried filing a Non resident 740 for KY State taxes. Your software will not pull the itemized deductions from the federal correctly and will only give me the standard deduction on the state taxes. I spoke to one of your "experts" who was unable to tell my why this issue was occurring. After about an hour, I was advised to print the return and mail with a cover letter, that I will have to construct. I paid $64 for my state taxes to be filled out correctly and here I am having to send a paper copy to the KY Revenue department with a letter of explanation because of you faulty software. I am asking for a refund on that state tax prep as it is inaccurate with no way to correct it as per your associate. I have used Turbo Tax for several years but this is likely to be the last.

I did. They refused a refund because I downloaded the form, which was what I was directed to do by the "expert". Plus you can't even see the forms until you do that. The "expert" told me that was because people were printing and exiting and never paying. I understand that but they also need to be open to listen when there are errors that the "expert" can't resolve after 2 hours. I WILL NEVER use turbo tax again.
