Cannot download Turbo Tax CA State to my MAC - "Hmmm...looks like we've hit a slight snag.....Please try again or check back in a bit"

I am unable to download Turbo Tax state (California) to my Mac. I have successfully downloaded Federal and have completed my taxes. But state will not download at all. It gives me an error message that says something like "Hmmm...looks like we've hit a slight snag.....Please try again or check back in a bit" I'm not going to be able to complete my taxes if it keeps giving me this error message!!! I downloaded my Federal from TurboTax.com.

Experiencing exact same problem on Win 11 TurboTax Desktop edition. Very frustrating - especially after calling in and hearing conflicting information with no way to resolve other than "wait for the server to get fixed".
