Contact support. I believe this is known issue and has a way for you to be contacted when it is resolved.

Same issue here after paying for E-file fees and several update attempts failing. The downloaded patch showing both that it did install and an error installing. One message error state I do not have TurboTax 2022 installed on my CPU?? So, this patch did not install if the update is still needed when I re-opened TurboTax Home and Business 2022. So, I'll will have to mail the forms.
