Ihave tried to efile federal tax. A message says something went wrong and cannot verify with the intuit tax center, and come back after an hour. I have come back later and get the same message

I got the same problem and called support.

Try install and uninstall and end up with a turboxtax without the state part because getting 42016 error (unable to update).

Because my state software is missing, I can't even open the file and print the return.

well, luckily I have mac around, so I asked the support team member to give me a mac key for the same TurboTax version .

After install TurboTax on macbook and transfer the file over to Mac. I am able to complete the e-File in 3 minutes
