Inheriting a property is not reported on an INCOME tax return unless you sold the property then you have the program you need already for the Sch D you will need.

Why isn't Premier working? It should handle that. The new Premium is the same as Premier but with Schedule C business added. Did you sell the property or rent it? Premier can do either.
