I have tried to update my PSCU for the past couple weeks and its not working. Any idea on how to fix this?

@kfernand go to the credit union website and print off the information (or just data enter it over into Turbo Tax). in other words just do it manually. it isn't a lot to re-key. it is probably just the interest statement, right?
