State Taxes

When I filed an extension for the Louisiana taxes in May, I paid $873.

Now, when wanting to do the final tax form for Louisiana, that extension payment doesn't show up. How can we fix this issue?

Also, I filed a Federal extension and that payment shows up properly.

To enter, change or delete a payment made with an extension request (Federal, State, Local) -

Click on Federal Taxes (Personal using Home and Business)
Click on Deductions and Credits
Click on I'll choose what I work on (if shown)
Scroll down to Estimates and Other Taxes Paid
On Income Taxes Paid, click on the start or update button

On the next screen select the type of extension payment made and click on the start or update button

Note that you have to enter the state extension payment in the federal section of TurboTax. It will flow to the state tax return. Follow the instructions that DoninGA gave you.
