are you saying that a return was filed using your social security number? if so, file an identity theft affidavit form 14039 with your return. Your return will need to be mailed since Turbotax has closed e-filing for 2021. If it's merely the case that your e-filing was rejected, that's as it should be. In this case the 14039 is not needed.

Sorry, but your post is so terse we do not know how to help you. You did not ask a question. What do you want help with----some sort of fraud or identity theft, or do you want help with how to prepare and file a 2021 tax return?
