    <description>&lt;P&gt;Thanks, Jack from 2021!.&amp;nbsp; Pulling the USB connection to my external backup did the trick.&amp;nbsp; Solved error code 630.&amp;nbsp; The screen went from the License Code page to the Start page.&amp;nbsp; Although it could not find my tax files (two returns finished and one in progress when my other computer crashed), I was able to click on the file itself (for my tax return) and it came up in TurboTax.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Will see if starting TT while USB is disconnected will allow it to search and find my other records, or if I have to open the other files from the file manager&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;TurboTax / Intuit was absolutely NO HELP whatsoever.&amp;nbsp; Not even an effort.&amp;nbsp; AI's didn't have a clue, meaning they were programmed by people w/o a clue.&amp;nbsp; AI thought I was asking about a driver's license.&amp;nbsp; AI tried to send me to the help line that already told me I couldn't have help.&amp;nbsp; Said it was because I hadn't paid for Help when I bought the tax program.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;TurboTax refused to give me a refund as it was more than 60 days after I bought.&amp;nbsp; They treated it as if I just didn't like the program.&amp;nbsp; Not as, "The Program Won't Accept My License Code!".&amp;nbsp; They also did not offer to help me ... reset the code or something.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Next year will likely see me with a different tax software.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Need help -- I've re-installed turbotax, restarted, done windows updates, got another key from the 2nd support person Ive spoken to.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Your support cannot resolve this issue. I need to file my taxes. Your FAQ and "Contact us" recommendation are not resolving the issues.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Makes me re-think turbotax entirely after 10+ years.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Support asked me if any USB drives were connected.&amp;nbsp; I removed the only drive connected and 2020 Turbo Tax immediately loaded and never asked again for the license code.&amp;nbsp; Try removing any thumb drives and if that doesn't work, remove any other USB connections except for keyboard and mouse.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
