Do you get the Authentication box?

If not.....I "Think" 2020 may have been the year that some folks had to reduce their screen resolution before the authentication box would appear properly....but that's really a distant, hazy, memory.

@SteamTrain - your memory is correct!

@dentmaster1343 change the resolution so the screen is quite large, then trying installing the software again. it was a bug from 2020 that was never fixed. I suspect you can search the community and find some other posts about this issue. or maybe one of the other experts know how to find a thread on this issue
